Explanation

In Tsuta, after completing the triple devil gates and using Sunrise to make the mushroom platforms in the center of the room grow, poison pots appear on a high ledge in the room. These pots must be destroyed to make the room where Vine is obtained accessible. Because the pots can be destroyed by Power Slash at close enough proximity, it is possible to destroy them all quickly without having to climb the mushroom platforms.

In NG+, this can be done easily by double-jumping just in front of the lake at the foot of the poison waterfall. See https://youtu.be/xQJmnMdIIww?t=2212. In NG, a wall-jump air-tackle-bounce is performed off the right wall just ahead of that lake. In either case, the camera is then repositioned to bring all five pots into alignment, before drawing a single PS to destroy them all at once. See https://youtu.be/bduWij7647o.
