Popprocks (http://twitch.tv/p0ppr0cks) started running NG Any% in August 2020. He first broke the world record on October 30, 2020 with the time 2:16:34 using Sasa Sanctuary Early. Shortly thereafter, popprocks diversified to running NG AB and NG+2017 Any%, implementing difficult tricks and new routes to improve those categories. Over a period of months, popprocks helped drive NG Any% down to 2:05:34 on 4/10/21 through a combination of gameplay improvement and implementing difficult new tricks such as HBS, Boulder Skip, and Barrier Skip.
