Explanation

After using Vine, when the Vine either finishes pulling Ammy or is cut via Power Slash, Ammy is placed in an airborne state with some unique properties. Principally, Ammy retains her ground jump, double jump, and air tackle if she had those before using Vine. If Ammy doesn't have double jump, hasn't used her ground jump, and attempts to jump in mid-air after using using Vine she will perform a wall jump off nothing. This is true even if she's used her air tackle. This can be seen during Cookie Clip. If she does have double jump, she cannot wall jump in this way, and will instead double jump (including after an air tackle) unless there is an actual wall.

Vine Jumps can be used to gain more height than is otherwise possible. This is used in NG Wawku Early, which uses the initial upward boost of a long-range vine twice, along with an aerial ground jump and double jump,to barely clear an invisible wall in Ezofuji.

Tobi Skip in NG also involves performing a tackle jump after PS'ing a Vine after it has pulled Ammy out-of-bounds.
