Explanation

In Hana Valley, in the cave area with the large stone tablet, Ammy must complete a fight with 1 Yellow Imp and 2 Green Imps to progress. When leaving Hana after getting Bloom, a repeat of this fight has a trigger in the same area. This repeat fight can be skipped by either KT'ing directly over the trigger, or performing a somewhat precise wall-jump on the right side of the cave. This saves approximately 30s or more in NG, as the fight has an RNG component pertaining to whether the Yellow Imp uses its cannon attack immediately.
