Mushroom Skip

Explanation

In the first room with growing mushroom platforms (the same room where two Bud Ogres are fought), it is possible to skip growing the mushrooms in NG. This is done by performing an Air Ground Tackle off the log with the un-grown mushrooms, wall-jumping off the wall below the ledge the platforms normally take you to, and air-tackle-bouncing onto that ledge. This is relatively lenient.
